The next chapter of the Exploration of Energy course is here and will be held on December 7th & 8th (both days from 10am-6pm). The weekend will offer an introduction into the world of energetics to begin building your foundation of healing modalities & practices for your personal life (as well as leading to holding space for others). A Super Full Moon in Pisces & an eclipse means we have an opportunity to gather together for some deep work, much-needed release & a deep dive into how to navigate the shifts that will undoubtedly come with this eclipse’s energy.

Sound Healing
Sound healing (also known as sound baths) are safe spaces where vibrational healing takes place. With a variety of tools like crystal alchemy sound bowls and chimes, these events are intentionally purposed towards healing the mind, body and soul with specific frequencies.

Astrology events come in many forms here: Zodiac nights, cosmic holiday ceremonies, workshops, corporate events, moon ceremonies and more! I also offer an Astrology online course highlighting the Archetypes of the Zodiac, and am also hirable for private Astrology workshops.

Sadhana
Sadhana is an intentional daily practice where we gather together in powerful meditation to greet the Sun as it rises in the early morning. Over the years this has been one of my most-requested events because of the unmatched energy its provides to the start of our day.
